Collect your basic activity, including steps, distance, and calories burned with your Fitbit or TupeloLife fitness tracker and app. Then connect them to the AHA s Sessions Walking Challenge App in order to participate in a number of daily activity challenges with others in the AHA Scientific Sessions community.
